A cake isn’t just dessert — it’s part of how people come together. It sets the tone of a table, invites conversation, and becomes part of the memory of a celebration. For more than thirteen years, I’ve designed luxury cakes and desserts for weddings, milestone events, editorial projects, and private gatherings where food and intention matter.
Bluebird Sweets operates as a boutique studio by design. I take on a limited number of commissions each year to give every client focused attention. From consultation through delivery and installation, my process is collaborative, organized, and detail-driven, with careful coordination alongside planners and hosts.
Every cake is baked from scratch using organic dairy, free-range eggs, and premium-quality ingredients whenever possible. Flavor, texture, and balance are foundational — because beautiful food should also be genuinely delicious.
My background includes national television exposure on Halloween Wars (Season 12), published sugar-art features, and years of custom work for high-end clients. I bring a calm, professional presence to each project, managing timelines with care and executing designs with consistency and precision.
